COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer pays homage to the working men and women who use to print the Gazette-Times in our building years ago. A classic North West brew, medium bodied, crisp, and balanced with a good amount of Amarillo hops.

Dogbrick (4828) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 14, 2010
Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear light amber color with a thin white head that burns away to a film eventually. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of mildly spiced hops along with a touch of citrus and malt. Hoppy flavor that is predominantly citrus-based. Some malt is present as well. The finish is crisp and hoppy with a lingering bitterness. Above average overall.

spikester (602) - Salem, Oregon, USA - JAN 7, 2009
UPDATED: APR 5, 2009 Pours amber with a modest head and few lacings. Aroma is some floral hops. Taste is a fair amount of bitter hops and the complementary amount of sweet malt. Nothing bad in this beer it just didn’t stand out in a vast sea of APAs.
