Block 15 psidium. On tap at beer mongers... Pours a mostly hazy touch darker than grapefruit juice and topped with a bicker yet fluffy white head... Aroma of red and white juicy grapefruit alongside some typical saison fruitiness... Flavors are much of the same with vivid grapefruit and guava notes upfront followed up with a medium sweetness and finishes on an earthy malty bent. Semi-lively carbonation with a decent body. Solid and most of all, refreshing. 8/4/7/4/15

Light and fruity with a hint of cheese. Beautiful and light in the mouth. Love it. Crisp and smooth, eminently drinkable.

Saison with added guava made for tasty farm house ale. The yeast and fruit flavors mixed well light phenols from the yeast but a great fruit taste. Dry finish this was a nice beer.

Tap @ The BeerMonger... Poured cloudy, golden/yellow with a white head. Noticeable earthy flavor with a spiced bitterness. Grassy, yeasty, some guava notes the were similar to passion fruit, metallic, and ended slightly tart. Quenching and sup refreshing. Like a dried out carbonated tropical fruit juice.
