Bottle... Pours murky and straw-colored with no head. The nose is a collection of white wine, grapes, honey, herbs and oak. Medium to full-bodied with tickling carbonation. The flavor is sour and bready with an accompanying note of fruity, dry, white wine. Finishes tart and dry. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

375ml bottle acquired via trade on BA. Thanks! Excited to pop some more of these. Pours an almost transparent glowing amber hue, nice healthy fire with frothy bright white head atop. Dies to a smaller ring with ok lacing and stick around. Nice color and glow. Aromas are a bit funky, oak and cobwebs meet a gentle kiss of honey, juicy pineapple, bread and fruity life. Touches of dried fruit, mellow orange and citrus. Touches of decent sourness, some gentle flashes of lactic acidity. Faint yogurt, crab apples, more cobwebs and decent oak. A bit of cranberry, fruit and touches of tannic oak keep on. Some decent wild and funk presence, a bit tart and bubbly. Initial is lighter end of the fold in body, touches of red fruit, dried fruit, cranberry and mellow citrus hit the palate. A bit of body, some gentle fuzziness meets some tannic oak, touches of cobweb and yogurt. Decent funk catches on with some decent sourness, tart pineapple, cranberry and touches of of citric grapefruit tangy sourness at times. A bit funky, oaky as we start to round the corner. A bit warmer on the palate, the extra fermentables persumably raise the ABV a bit. Some gentle florals, more citrus and a powdery dryness. More oak, funky cobweb and horseblanket. Overall, some sneaky nice fruit character and a pretty well done spontaneous blend, incorporating good flavors and flow. A bit spritzy, sour, crab apple and citrus, with some gentle oak and dry funkiness as we finish out. I dig this. Overall, it’s not potent or on but flows very well, incorporates all the elements very well. Spritzy, sour and citric into the backend and finish. Nice stuff. Decent stronger oak, tannic wine and funk meet with some nice fruit flavors from the spontaneous fermentation. Very well put together.

Bottle at Bailey’s, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out sour peaches, lactic notes, and a little funk. Flavour brings out loads of tart peaches upfront, light vinegar, oak barrels, and light acidity. Highly complex, with a nice acidity, oakiness and tart fruitiness. Excellent beer.

Hazed yellow, white head. Sour! Sherry vinegar, key limes, earthy funk. Sour and lightly dry.

hazier gold, thinner head that does near immediately. Tons of stable and leather in nose, bit of rubber. Bright lime lactic flavor, fonteinen esque, thin and oily through the finish. Amazingly sessionable but the peach has more going on.

Bottle thanks very much to Luke. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A huge deep dusty nose, lemons. The flavor is just like an unblended lambic: woody, tart, big funk (brett?), almost pushing toward a dusty sourness. Very complex. Lovely.

Orange golden, clear pour. Quickly dissipating, fizzy white head. Nose is funk/manure/sharp acid. Flavor is sharp acidic lemon, vinegar, sourdough, nectarine, hay, barnyard. Nice stuff, could be a little cleaner.

Bottle 375ml. Pours clear golden with low to no head. Aroma is of burnt plastic, brand new rubber, swimaids. Taste is of sourness, fruits, acidity, citrus, brine. Palate: Light body. Overall: I don’t notice no honey. Maybe the rubber has it concealed. Not gross, but this one ai’nt really enjoyable.

Pours a light golden with no head and no lacing, bah. Aroma is of intense burnt rubber and honey, not the best nose ever. Taste is sharply acidic but still drinkable. Flavors are fruity and a bit chemical. Body is light, mouthfeel OK. This wasn’t particularly fun to drink but not something I would have "drainpoured". Hopefully this was a bad bottle...

Bottle (375 ml). From cparles, thanks Chris! Clear golden/orange with a small white head, low retention and little to no lacing. Aroma is of burnt rubber, honey sweetness, light sourness and wine. Taste is moderately sweet and sour with honey, burnt rubber (way less than in the nose), acetic notes, floral presence and vanilla. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Acetic finish. Considering the other ratings we probably had a bad bottle, which is deception considering how good their Pêche was one beer ago. Still decent, but the burnt rubber problem is a turn-off.
