I have a 8.5abv version. Peppery aroma earthy lemon little bits of heat and bitterness. Ryelike flavor. Belgian yeast is a bit fruity but rides backseat to hops.

From bottle. Clear light golden color with plenty of bubbles. Aroma is light yeast, floral hops, light pitted fruit notes. Taste is plum, honey, floral hops, and lightly tart yeast. Finishes with a hint of white wine grapes and light bitterness.

Crisp clear golden coloured body with a thin, one centimetre very large-bubbled white head. Aroma of pale malt, paint thinner, acetone, alcohol, apples, pears and a super pungent smell of champagne - dry and to the point. Light-bodied; Interesting flavour of deep malt, alcohol, oak, champagne, cognac, cherries and a light sweetness from sugar. Aftertaste has a very nice complexity with dry oak and malt coming through most, then a faint lemon and complex belgian yeast quality, all finishing with some mild sweetness. Overall, an interesting beer with some good flavours, but not anything truly amazing. I sampled this 37,5 cL stubby split (no cork) bottle purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon on 25-April-2013 for US$4.46 sampled at home in Washington on 04-January-2014.

Bottle. Pours an orange-gold color with a firm white head. Straw, grass, and some lemon in the scent. Dough after it sits a little. The flavor shows: straw, herbal hops, husk, and bread. Not much yeast at all, clearly separating itself from the Saison category. Light-bodied, thirst quenching, and solid stuff. Lightly sweet upfront and delicate with a dry and bitter hop finish. Not a ton of thrills but nicely put together.

On draught at block 15 11/9/13 - pours clear golden with small lingering head. Nose of mild hop, yeast, vans grass. Taste of sweet grass, yeast, and bitter cloves. Very nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375 ml bottle thanks to Garry. Orange like pour. Light perfume and fruit. Light body. Not a heavy yeasty presence. Maybe some plum or grape. Different.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2014 Bottle: Deep-ish orange body, highly opaque in the center with semi-translucent edges. Big, foamy white head piles up and leaves some delicate lacing behind. Aroma is different. Cat pee, funky yeast, zesty hops, lemongrass, apple-like sweetness, wet wood, mild barnyard Brett. Kind of a back-end vegetal, weedy, "green" thing going on, too. Unique. Taste is crisp and light. Tart undertone that quickly turns to bitterness. Grassy hops, Brett, dry leaves, pears, apricots, light must, apple skins... Pretty funky, too, with some cork and damp cellar notes in the finish. Decent, super funky & pretty hoppy beer. No more, no less.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy copper yellow color with a large white head. An earthy sweet yeasty nose with some light perfume. The flavor is grainy, citrus, some dry earthy malts. Interesting brew.

Bottle from PC Market of Choice in Ashland, OR. Pours hazy orange gold with a frothy white head. Smells of cooked light pitted fruit. Or Belgian yeast. Med + body. Flavor is earthy/yeast/spicy with some light pitted fruit esters. Arguably finishing not quite dry, but earthy.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is full of barnyard notes, hay, Belgian yeast and a little farmhouse funk. Flavour brings out wonderful farmhouse notes of barnyard funk, citrus, mild floral hops and Belgian yeast. Finishes on notes of doughy crackery malt, citrus and Belgian yeast. Fairly dry palate, but also doughy giving it body. Highly drinkable stuff.
