375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is full of barnyard notes, hay, Belgian yeast and a little farmhouse funk. Flavour brings out wonderful farmhouse notes of barnyard funk, citrus, mild floral hops and Belgian yeast. Finishes on notes of doughy crackery malt, citrus and Belgian yeast. Fairly dry palate, but also doughy giving it body. Highly drinkable stuff.

375, capped. Thanks j! Pours a cloudy medium gold with bright edges. Huge forward nose--floral, lightly tart (lemony), some white pepper, maybe some pink peppercorn. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Candied lemon, pink peppercorn, floral notes on the mid palate. Crisp refreshing finish.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate foral hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectation where met.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small fizzy white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, lightly spicy, cheese, citrus and bread dough. The flavor is doughy bread, grassy, Belgian yeast, peppery spice and citrus. I thought this was just a bit all over the place.

Really nice floral nose with some light honey. Taste is rather dry, and just lightly bitter, there’s a fair amount of apple juice, and hay and lemon, light herb. Solid.

Bottle courtesy of BrainLair. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with thin white head. Yeasty, bready aroma with notes of apple cider. Very dry and fruity. Citrus and grapefruit. Hoppy, bitter finish.

Bottle from Justin at Beaumont Market. Colour...light golden straw with a frothy white head. Nose...lightly fruity and estery with some spices. Palate...delicately frothy with a delightful blend of yeasty fruity notes, candi sugar and sweet spices. This is quite dandy and if it truly becomes a year round offering, that will be good thing!

Draft at block 15. Clear bright golden with slightly off white head. Light aromas, mostly hints of candied sugar, touch of apple, peppery spice, crisp pale malt. Crisp, light approachable Belgian pale with a very crackery dry finish.

Tap at 16 Tons. Hazy golden pour with a half-formed off white head. Smells lightly peppery with grassy noble hop notes and some light fruit esters. Tastes herbaceous with pepper and cardamom along with light fruit and some grainy notes. Solid if not spectacular beer.

Tap @ Bailey’s Taproom... Poured golden, hazy, orange with a white head. Nose had some Belgian yeast spice, cheese, and resinous, black pepper spiced hop tones. Slightly dry, yeast esters, spices, cloves, sweet grains, mild hop butterness. Citrus, fruit rinds, lemon peel.
