2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 emerica56 (600) - Bristol, Rhode Island, USA - AUG 29, 2008
Pours a thin off white head with a clear yellow color. It does nott look that bad for a pale lager. The aroma is freshly pulled corn and other malted grain. and the flavor is a bit light with malted barley and a nice orange zest with some bitter hops. There could be a little more carbonation but overall it is a refreshing beer, a good enough beverage to enjoy on the island.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20 Cletus (6064) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 25, 2006
Available for purchase on Block Island and in a few package stores near the ferry. Pours yellow with a white head. Smells of light malt. Taste is watery with some okay peppery splashes. Very watery. Not worth it.
