(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, marmalade, flowers and jelly candy. Fruity, floral taste with dried fruit, candy, roses, treacle and a slightly spicy finish with a fairly low bitterness. Solid malt foundation, quite sweet. On the sweet side, but tasty, well balanced and nice.

Very sweet belgian ale with flavour of flowers and honey. At the seen the color have amber/gold tonality. Really rich i can suggest this beer to the sweet-flavours beer lover. Too unbalanced for my taste.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Countbeer (1686) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - AUG 19, 2011
Bottle:
Pretty big airy white head on top of a hazy dark orange colored beer.
Smell hops, malts, sweets, flowers, barleys and some oatmeal.
Taste is pretty sweet with hints of sticky malts, caramel, hops, sugars, some yeast, grains and candy sweet like molasses and honey. Guess there is some flowers in there, kinda sweet.
Sweet malty aftertaste.
Medium carbo, soft (tingly) mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture.
1.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 erickok (802) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - MAY 30, 2011
A nice slightly cloudy golden to amder body with bubbly big head that quickly evaporates. Light sweet aroma with pineapple, cereal, apricot and a tiny bit woody. First sip is amazingly sweet - not very nice although not artificial either. Later sips are better but still very sweet and a not-so-nice dry sandy flavour stays in the back. Undercarbonated for me, too. Very poor beer - or is it just my taste? (33cl bottle)
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 SudsMcDuff (3213) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAY 15, 2011
The last beer from my SA/Amsterdam vacation, bought at the Cracked Kettle, Nov’10 .. . wow!.. its not often a beer can kill piss you off even before you smell or taste it, but this did.. . Has been sitting in my fridge for 7 months, untouched and not moved once- but when i open this, starts gushing, slowly at first then it ejaculates everywhere, like prom but- less embarrassing .. . Aroma of sweet malt, maple syrup and light roses and shit tons of honey .. . very sweet .. . one dimensional and full of floaties and so sweet i now have diabetes .. . ok beer i guess .. . . The baby ruined my transmission, it ruined a perfectly good sewer conversation, I still want to get to the bottom of that one …

bottle@bar: very unusual beer, orange coloured with fluffy white head, sweet with honey, caramel, yeast, spices & flowers, dandelions, chrysanthemums,… mixed with hops, yep, this one actually does taste like sweet flowers, especially in the aftertaste
