very surprising taste. Some kind of aerial, bubble-gumish aftertaste which feels weird but is not unpleasant. Probably not the best Belgium has to offer but an interesting finding nevertheless.

Huge head, creamy and persistent. Light orange in colour. Strawberry chewing gum and some orange peel in the nose, very sweet and complex flavour of incredible persistence. It was better on the second tasting.

This beer is so sickly sweet I was glad I was sampling off another’s beer.

bella schiuma, forse troppo poco voluminosa, ma sicuramente persistente soprattutto sul finale, quando ne rimane un mezzo dito. nel complesso buona birra, mi aspettavo di più all’olfatto ma comunque buona. ottima in bocca, con un palato non male.

Bought at Drankenhandel Geers. Definitely special amber beer with easily recognizable floral aroma and taste, quite sweet. You couldn’t mistake this for anything else than a flower beer, both in aromas and in taste. My companions tonight were even more enthusiastic than me, so a good recommendation for fans of sweeter, flowery beers.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2010 A slightly hazy orange color with a uge yellow head. Aroma is flowery, frutiy, but not excesively, as one ight expect from the name. Tastes very sweet, like drinking fructosis directly... but leaves a rather bitter aftertaste, reminding you that after all, this is a beer and not a soft drink. So overall a pleasent experince. Should be great with cakes or chocolate.

Very sweet belgian ale with flavour of flowers and honey. At the seen the color have amber/gold tonality. Really rich i can suggest this beer to the sweet-flavours beer lover. Too unbalanced for my taste.
