330 ml bottle from Jumbo, Valparaiso. Pours a clear golden color with a fizzy white head that diminishes quicky and leaves no lacing. Typical low-quality head from the brewery. Malty, slightly fruity flavor with notes of orange peel indeed, Vitamin C pills, Alka-seltzer, grains and a touch of nuts. A little chemical for my tastebuds. Weird. Taste is sweet-ish with a bittersweet finish. Tastes like a strong tasty pale lager. Not bad but far from the Belgian profile I expected. Body is medium. Lively carbonated, effervescent beer. Finish is a little quick and it leaves a tickling sensation in the gums and tongue. These Mont Blanc beers were a little of a hit or miss.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 DeliriumT (134) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - APR 20, 2012
Very unimpressive French beer. Tastes like the most boring pale lager in the world fermented with a reasonable yeast to create something slightly more interesting than the standard lager offerings
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BenH (733) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 25, 2012
Bottle from Henri. Very pale with a ring of white head. Aroma is fairly pleasant, citrus, grassy hops, bread. Taste has nice citrus hops, slightly spicy, peppery, caramel malt. Sweet with a crisp clean finish. Nice beer on this fine sunny day

Bottle 33cl, a yellow beer with medium head. Nose is grainy, aroma is on grain, medium sweet with fruit notes on apple and agrume, relative astringency. Not that interesting.

[330ml bottle, Henri Morningside, Edinburgh] Every inch the blonde beer – sparkling gold, frothy white head with lazy rising carbonation. Grassy on the nose, with some yeasty notes and a bit of grain. Similar in the flavour, some citrus, dry on the finish – pretty decent continental blonde. Chatting to the Henri deli owner, apparently they are the only UK retailer of Mont Blanc beer (certainly the only Scottish retailer) – form a queue, raters! [07032012]
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 JorgeLee (325) - Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 20, 2012
Lunchtime bottle in Les Houches when fog stopped play. Light version of a Belgian ale, a little bit unsure what it was trying to do, tasted a bit bland for an ale, didn’t really catch the spices. Having said that, it wasn’t unpleasant, just a bit boring.

Bottled 330ml. -Yellow/golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head, quite dusty nose. Moderate malty, light honeyish and fruity with notes of spices. Hint of cardboard in the finish. Pretty boring.

Birra ottima nonostante il rating molto basso, che proprio non mi spiego... Speziata e morbida molto ma molto baverina!
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 hawthorne00 (1434) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 20, 2012
Bottle, 10C. Very pale orange with a white head that soon vanishes. Aroma of oranges, hay, light dough. Sweet with lots of oranges, slightly sticky despite being quite thin-bodied. Slight bitterness and herbs at the end. Odd - like a mixture of a pilsener and a Belgian blond. Subtle and quite refreshing for something so sweet.
