Huge, very white head over pale lemon-yellow beer with a faint greenish shine; lively carbonated at first. Creamy nose, herbal & grassy, ever so slightly lactic and a definite touch of alcohol; pretty pungent overall. Dry, with a fruity sweetness and just a point of acidity in the beginning. Ends much sweeter with liquorice, certainly warmin up. Alcohol retronasal. Quite attenuated, carbonation very effervescent at first, but dwindling afterwards. Oh well, quite drinkable.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, wet hay, and lemons, leading to a yeasty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle @ yespr tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, grass, fruits, malt and hops. Medium body and semi high carbonation.

Sampled at OBER Kerstbierfestival Essen 2011. Clear yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell malts and sweetness. Taste some bitter, some spices and fruits. Average carbonation, low to medium body.

Bottle. Bright clear yellow color, huge white head. Aroma of white pepper. Taste is slightly sour dilute lemon.

Pale blond colour. Some residual yeast finds it’s way into the glass. Quite a nice fresh and fruity sweetness. Flavour is a bit sweet. Peaches, oranges and candy come through. Texture is on the thin side.
