COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the commercial union (Unizo) of Nazareth town. A lighter version of the Tripel, brewed with water, barley malt, yeast and hops.

Sampled at OBER Kerstbierfestival Essen 2011. Clear yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell malts and sweetness. Taste some bitter, some spices and fruits. Average carbonation, low to medium body. (Note: info at Kerstbierfestival Essen said the ABV was 7.5%)

Pale blond colour. Some residual yeast finds it’s way into the glass. Quite a nice fresh and fruity sweetness. Flavour is a bit sweet. Peaches, oranges and candy come through. Texture is on the thin side.
