COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bloomington Brewing Company crafts this unique ale with hops grown by Brewer and Farmer Floyd Rosenbaum at Loesch Farm, located on Bloomington’s west side. Once harvested, the Brewery team used the hops to dry-hop the beer to produce a hoppy, golden Pale ale.

EithCubes (3339) - - SEP 15, 2010
2010 ’vintage’ on draught at Lennie’s. Hazy golden draught with sudsy white head. Nose more like a witbier, lemon in with not-too-subtle peach and apricot - hard not to tell what Cascades carry over from B-town terroir. Taste features peach as well, toned-down grain, a little too sweet with none of the tart/bitterness of a pale ale. Very soft, too soft, medium body is creamy and, yes, soft. Soft. Would be a nice attempt at a Belgian, but I can get by the style miss. Otherwise, fine.
