COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bloomington Brewing Company recently release Brewer Floyd Rosenbaum's newest specialty ale, Stone Cold Belgian Ale. A beautiful golden-colored ale, Stone Cold Belgian Ale embraces a daringly fruity ester aroma complimented by muted malt and hop fragrances. The fruity esters hinted in the aroma don't disappoint in flavor; Stone Cold Belgian Ale's slightly sweet, slightly bitter flavor is derived from the combination of a Belgian Ale yeast strain, Mount Hood hops, and Belgian candy sugar. A creamy mouthfeel contributes to this ale's smooth finish. Stone Cold Belgian Ale is perfectly paired with salads, chicken and seafood.

Chillin with my friend Marc. We went to Lenny’s to get some beer and grub. The Stone Cold was "Stone Cold." Best beer I’ve had at Lenny’s. Full of flavor, citrus and spice.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2008 On tap at BBC and Nick’s in Bloomington. Bloomington Stone Cold Belgian Ale is a hazy gold color with a very nice white head. The aroma is subtle but fresh with citrus hints. The flavor is very mild and creamy, but packed with cirtus including a lot of orange taste. This may be BBC’s best creation yet!
