COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship High Country is a deep, golden ale brewed with American 2-Row and Munich style malts. Cascade and Centennial are used in the finish and dry hopping. This is our best selling and most versatile ale due to its balance between a floral citrus hop profile and well-integrated hop bitterness. Clean. Crisp. Refreshing.

Pours copper with an off white(tannish) head. Aroma is caramel, bread and a trace of citrus. Taste is malty sweet with hardly any bitterness. Light bodied with a smooth texture. Not what I would classify as an APA.

Pours a copper color with white head that quickly dissipates. Floral and fruity nose typical of an APA. Taste of some citrus (more orange than grapefruit), with some mild hops/bitterness on the finish. Not great, but good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - from Ale in the Mail. Dark golden color, a bit cloudy. Slight malty aroma. Good - definitely tastes hoppy but malty too. Good plae ale.

Light copper coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, some light hops and not much else. Light to Medium-bodied; Pale malt up front with some light sugars, a bit of earthiness and a hint of nuts. Aftertaste shows some mellow sugars, a little hop bitterness and some subdued cardboardie malts - but largely nothing there. Overall, a decent amber if nothing else, but really not worth the time, for lack of anything interesting. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle from a beer sampler pack on 01-March-2013 at a friend’s house in Odenton, Maryland.

From a 12 oz bottle at the Outer Banks of NC. Pours a clear pale amber with a thick off white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops. First flavors are a pleasant maltiness but fade quickly to not so pleasant aftertaste.

12oz into a pint. Pours a honey orange with bronzed highlights. Taste is hoppy, syrup, bland, a tad fruity, and dry. Not a fulfilling ale, this ones an easy goer with non existent high fives and subtle regressions. Average body, solid drinkabliity, but nothing to exhasperate to the farmers.
