blindeyedbetty (94), Arlington, Virginia, USA Apr 11, 2008 22 oz. bottle pours rich ruby amber in color with little to no head which leaves a sticky lacing as it dissipates. Aroma is of mild berries and wood with malty undertones. Front palate is tart with malty middle and finish of hops. Bitter aftertaste, medium bodied. Adequate for the style but not likely one I’d recommend.
