Tap @ Burger Bach. Pretty n pink- reminds me of a shirley temple. Lightly scented of berry candy with tart apple. A little tart and semi dry. Its actually prey refreshing and a nice change of pace.

Bottle poured into snifter. Pours a light red rosy color. Aroma of tart apples, mild lush raspberry and champagne vinegar. Taste is sour apple, mixed berry, vinegar and characteristic champagne tartness on the finish. The dry pucker finish is classic champagne. Excellent stuff.

Half liter bottle from Whole Foods Short Pump, 12/1/13. Pours a crystal clear cranberry red color with a faint bit of fizz. Aroma of soft apple notes, vanilla, and a background of the berries. The taste is dry apples, vinous notes, tart dry berry finish. Medium bodied, dry, good balance, moderate carbonation. Solid cider.

Poured a lovely pinkish purple, clear. Aroma of berries, faint apple. Flavor is essentially a match, with a great tartness that makes this quite refreshing and a bit more "serious" than if it had been a straight up sugar bomb like so many mainstream fruit flavored ciders. Quite good. So happy that Blue Bee is here in Richmond.

Sampled at the cidery. Pours a beautiful pinkish purple with small faint clear bubbled head. Smells amazingly of dark berries, roses, lilac, and apples. Flavor has more of the same, but introduces a sharp tartness that is similar to their charred ordinary, but not quite as harsh. It doesn’t taste quite as good as it smells. This is very reminiscent of a white zinfindel and I could totally see this as making a fantastic base for a banging sangria!
