Commercial Description:
This is a classic German Helles (pale) Lager. Again using only the best German Pilsner Malt and the freshest German Tradition Hops. This Lager comes across with a nice malty smoothness and then a crisp hop tang to heighten the German flavors and meld with the foods of Southern Germany. On tap at Blue Canoe. Pours a gold color with little head and weak aromas of light malt. Flavor is good enough... but pretty uninteresting. Malty with a little hops...

Sampler paddle: Another bright beer with decent carb., full malt flavor at first sip with a developing hop bite to balance, this is as good as most Helles beers I’ve had and a solid effort, I hope this stays a regular on tap.
