The aroma is musty and the flavor is very lacking, almost light. There is barely any orange flavor and very small spice hints, notably coriander of course. Definitely toss the orange in.

On tap at BrewHaHa 2006. The The body was slightly hazy dark yellow. This had lots of orange aroma with a little bit of tropical fruit notes of pineapple. The taste was orange peels with just a hint of spice. The finish was a little earthy with some mushrooms. Mostly a typical wit, but a little more tropical.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JMerritt (1590) - Macomb, Illinois, USA - MAY 31, 2005
Golden, no head. Mandarin orange, ginger, and corainder aroma is a little light. Mildly bitter, moderately sweet flavor, definitely a good summertime beer for when it is hot and sticky outside. Wheat flavor in the finish is rather stale, like crusty sourdough bread. Ginger root gives a slight herbally, clean freshness. Not too shabby.
