This dry, crisp wheat ale is delicately spiced with coriander and orange peel and has complex floral aroma. The addition of orange blossom honey contributes to its light body and clean finish. It is easy drinking and pairs well with spicy foods. 18 IBU’s, 5.5% ABV.

Draft @ brewpub. Really pale, cloudy looks like lemon juice. Spritzy aroma. Some kumquat. Some pedio. All-round bland. Touch sourness here is inoffensive. Taste of honey with orange and kumquat, but all too timid. Disappointing overall.

Hazy straw. Smells wonky. Taste is bland, slightly fruity. Thin body. Dirty elements and lack of body make this a poor wheat.

Hazed straw gold with creamy white head and lace. Wheaty and papery. Wheat, corn, sour dry finish. Thin and fizzy but a decent drinker.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a thin head with no lacing over a clear, pale yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is primarily light wheat malt, minimal spice....taste is light early sweetness then a mild bitter finish....mouth feel is light, as is carbonation. Overall a light wheat, with very mild spice, floral aromas and flavors. I must admit I prefer wheat ales the are cloudy.
