Deep golden body, mild carbonation, and velvety white head. Grassy, woody aroma. Flavor is like roasted nuts with a little smoke and some toasty malts, a little butter, bananas and more grass. This is a wild beer. Creative and very educational actually. The individual qualities of the ingredients stand out more than they seem to when they’re found in the "appropriate" styles. This is bold.

Pours light orange with a thin head. Aroma of hops and earth notes. Taste is crisp and refreshing with a hoppy flavor and more earthiness. Very drinkable and a nice effort.
