COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A mellow, full bodied beer with a sweet and toasted malt flavors and gentle tangy hop character. Its deep red color is a perfect compliment to the green of spring-served on nitro for low carbonation and thick creamy head.

tap at santa fe location (downtown)-pours on nitro with a cool cascading action from the tap. dark copper hue with nice off white nitro poor head. Sweet toasty malt aroma-pretty earthy for the most part. Flavors match the aroma. velvety feeling on the palate, but somewhat low carbonation. the lacing on this one was amazing! not much finish, but most irish ales dont really have much there. pretty good.
