luckygirl (1212), Longmont, Colorado, USA Jun 2, 2008 Draught at the southern location. Beer is clear, light/moderately hued rich gold. Head is small, white, creamy/frothy; mostly lasting head; clingy sleeve of lacing. The aroma is malty with a trace of toasted cracker, light note of toasted grain; Hoppy with a trace of flowers; Miscellaneous note of diacetyl. Mostly odorless. The flavor is lightly acidic (dry), lightly/moderately bitter with an average-length, moderately/heavily bitter finish. Husky rets. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is average. Muy mal.
RblWthACoz (959), Brooklyn, New York, USA Sep 14, 2007 Pours a slightly hazed gold. Slight citrus nose with lemon and orange character. Flavor is slightly sweet with a hopped edge. Also seems to be a bit of a bitter edge, though still leaves everything pleasant and smooth. Feel is strong with carbonation. Very drinkable. Wouldn’t go down as a favorite, but worth trying and overall pretty good. MadMan (480), Tempe, Arizona, USA May 22, 2005 On tap at brewpub. Clear, very little head, nice lace. Very little aroma. Malty, lightly hopped. Clean slight bitter finish. Not bad, quite refreshing. whaleman (2168), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 27, 2005 Pale golden body and white head. Unusual graininess in the nose plus some subtle grass, citrus, and floral notes. Fresh malt character, but lacks depth. Some direct hop flavor comes through with low, but noticeable bitterness. Light body. My mouth craves a little more texture with this. Decent beer. Very easy to drink. BeerLimey (1875), California, USA Jul 9, 2004 Clear, pale straw appearance, clean malt aroma. Sweet, straight forward, biscuity malt, slightly grainy, mild hop finish.
