Clear yellow with no head. Light and refreshingly tart. Nothing special, however. Good brewpub beer for the Bud crowd.

Draft @ brewpub. I’m pretty sure this is a lager, not a blonde ale. Has a pale clear hay color with hardly any aroma except maybe some sweet malts. Really watery and thin. Has almost no flavor, like a light beer or diluted beer. Tastes like wash :(

Straw. Big bubbles. Doesn’t look good. Slightly grainy aroma with mild continental hop. Mild bitterness. Herbal hops are also a bit cheesy. Typical bland blonde ale.

Sample at GABF. Server called it a lager? Clear light yellow with average white head. Aroma of cereal malt with some floral hops. Light and clean taste. Just O.K.

Who listed this as an ale? - this is a friggin’ pils - anyway, tap at the downtown location - fairly clean, with a light honey sweetness to it - fairly smooth - medium-bodied - some peppery noble hops - a kind of metallic character that I noticed in all of their lighter beers - okay, I guess.

Sampler at the brewery.Pours a thin head, over a pale (SRM 2) yellow clear body....nose is very light malts (slight cereal)......taste is very light pils type malt, flavor almost non existent finish is rather too bitter for the light malt. This needed a lot more on the malt (yes it is a lighter style) to balance out.

Draught at Downtown location. Pours clear light yellow with a spare, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, cereal, meal), light hops (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of paper and skunk. Light bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Mostly odorless.
The flavor is lightly acidic (dry), lightly/moderately bitter with an average-length, moderately/heavily bitter finish. Husky rets.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is average.
Muy mal.
