COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This dry, crisp wheat ale is delicately spiced with coriander and orange peel and has complex floral aroma. The addition of orange blossom honey contributes to its light body and clean finish. It is easy drinking and pairs well with spicy foods. 18 IBUs, 5.5% ABV.

Tasted in May 2008. A clear gold color, with little to no head. Tangy lemony flavor with a fair amount of hops. refreshing and more interesting than it could have been.

Draught at Downtown location. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (cereal, grain, meal), light hops (flowers), average yeast (sweat) with notes of honey, vegetable, and paper. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Draught at southern location. Beer is clear, rich gold. Head is small, white, frothy; quickly diminishing but mostly lasting.<P>The aroma is malty with a light note of toasted grain; Light hop note of flowers; Moderate note of genuine honey. Kind of mead-like.<P>The flavor is moderately sweet, light/moderately acidic (dry), lightly bitter with a moderately/heavily bitter, tinny/metallic finish. Retros kick back higher alcs, DMS.<P>The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is average.
