(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of straw, herbs, grass, and pear. Flavor of grass, herbals, light orange, and some apple.

GABF 09. Pours a very light copper- golden with a fizzy head. Aroma is DMS, full thick overly sweet malts, some over the top fusels and fruitiness- off phenols, some grassy herbal hops. Flavor is DMS, a bit corny, cabbage, apple, pear- acetaldehyde, off grassy hops or phenols- yeasty and doughy with too much thick dirty under-attenuated malts. Off finish.

GABF 2009. Pours clear dark yellow with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw, meal), light hop (grass), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of pear, pepper, coriander, and ginger. Light bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
