On tap at the Marble Taproom in Santa Fe. Coffee black with a trim beige head. Smells richly of coffee roast and sweet malts. Tastes of both. Dry with a strong note of bitter coca. Solid.

Draught at Downtown location. Pours dark brown with an average, creamy, light brown head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (chocolate, toffee, nutty), light hops (perfume), average yeast (leather, earth) with notes of prunes, dates, and maple syrup. Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and bitterness, light acidity.
