A classic Bohemian styled lager: golden, medium bodied with a refined hop bitterness. Brewed from an origonal gravity of 10P-this one is low in alcohol but still has plenty of flavor.

Clear golden-yellow body and a white head. Mild corn, pale malt, and wheaty notes in the aroma. Very faint hops. Flavor is very light with a stale hoppy quality. Little malt character and very thin body. This is a mild beer with not much character. Has macro pale lager qualities. Brewed for the macro-drinkers who stop by the brewpub, I suppose. Strictly a palate cleanser.

tap at santa fe location (downtown)-pours pale yellow with white head-medium carbonation. A microbrewery putting out a low carb beer? what is this crap? This had a little more flavor than most, but still sucked! Blue corn, what is wrong? your albuquerque location puts out awesome seasonals, but this is terrible! WTF?
