Canned (thanks omhper). Reddish copper colour, small head. Aroma is malts, caramel and some slight cartboard and hops. Some strange sourness also noteable. Flavour is like a dark lager... Not much stout in this one.

Canned. Clear amber colour. Paper aroma.Very thin with evident off flavours such as cardboard, green apples and boiled vegetables completely dominating. Is there even malt or hops in there? Where other dark Chinese beers usually are attempts of making real beer this one is a complete mess.

Light brown. No head. Some sort of gravelly, watery, tarry swill nose. Tastes like watery Coffee Crisp. Hrm. Not stout, maybe not even beer.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2010 Can, courtesy of Gr0ve. A pity attempt on a stout, but at least they tried. The pour were decent but pale, with a clear, brown body, and a minimal beige head. The aroma was syrupy with some coffee and caramel. Quite syrupy flavor too, with cooked vegetables and some roasted malt. Thin and watery, finishing with cooked vegetables and coffee. I found it more interesting than Chinese pale lagers I’ve had, but I’ll probably prefer the pale lagers if I were to drink a few. Rating: 3-3-3-2-6-1.7. 080216

Can.It’s a clear, dark brown beer almost without head. Malt, caramel and roasted aromas. The flavor has caramel and roasted malts. Metallic finish, lacking on any hoppy impacts. Medium to thin, almost watery. Dry. An easy drinkable beer, but dead boring. 100331

Test vom 20.11.2006, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 4,2,3,2,10,2 - 2,75

Clear dark red color, almost to black. Dense tan head. Bleuberry, red currants, a bit malty scent, also acidic. Metallic, sweet, berry taste. Thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.
