3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. can. Clear, pale honey color with a soda pop head that sizzles away immediately. Smell is earthy honeycomb and light resin. Taste is honey , vanilla, apple cider and a light dry finish of resin and honeycomb. Light body is sweetish but the dry finish balances fairly well. Has medium carbonation that is almost too much and is more like a cider than mead, but still fairly drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Quite a complex mead, or cyser, rather. Light yellow blonde color with no head or carbonation. Mellifluous, ambrosia bouquet with bursts of honey and a spring full of blossoming nectar-laden flowers, kissed by a vanilla breeze. The body is characterized by an interesting cream-soda like mouthfeel. Honeyed soda water with vanilla spritzes. Am I imagining a hint of barley. Interesting, satisfying, and seemingly nutrient-rich.

2.2 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
The aroma is not good, it is strong in sulfites however the flavor and body is not bad. The vanilla comes through with some apple, and it’s hard to tell if there is any honey in there. Sadly this is the only drinkable product this company makes.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 650 ml ?
Aroma grape zest notes with mild honey, sugary wrap.
Appearance presentable bright golden look, very low to no head.
Flavor and Palate : thinner in body than traditional meads. Hint of mild spice. Alcohol was quiet dry , especially at finish. Not best of tonight session.

Very pale straw coloured pour with a light carbonation. A little bit of soft honeyed flavour and a touch of light vanilla and some appley character. A little bit of soft sweetness and a touch of light custardy flavour. Moderately tart with a bit of light honeyed sweetness. It’s light but pretty nice.
