Aromas are wildflower honey and waxy comb. Hints of flowers as well.. Flavor is very nice yet mild. Comb honey with a nice light botanical flavor. Subtle cider notes and a touch of wood. Light and it drys out in the finish. Could slay this by the pool or at the beach on a sunny Florida afternoon.

Can bought at in Portland. Oily yellow body with thin head. Nose is sweet, apples, honey. Taste is very sweet with apples. This is not a style of beer that I particularly like. Texture smooth but taste off-putting to me.

Cool cans of Mead. The Green Collar is made with apple, honey, and vanilla, and has a lot of carbonation. Smells great, and tastes good too. Color is a combination of neon green and metallic yellow. Very clear.

Mead. In a can. Ok. Thanks to blazer06 for sharing this one. Pours a clear yellow with sodalike carbonation. Nose is floral and mildly sweet honey with some light apple cider. Flavor is similar with some apple notes in the body and mild honey. Interesting idea. See, they put it in a can... Light in body and not bad.

Aroma is light, mostly cider notes. Flavor is pretty good, wine notes, cider notes, honey richness and a touch of vanilla. Crisp and dry finish.

Can at RBWG 2013. Clear yellow pour, modeat white foam head. Sweet, aome ayrupy honey, hints of apple. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, decently balanced, not cloying. Good one.

12oz can. Pours without and lacing. Great balance between sweet and dry. This is quite a nice mead and really enjoyable.
