3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, - AUG 19, 2007
Golden color. Paper aroma, uninteresting. The favor is not much better, it has some dry malt, closer to a Pilsner than an Ale, anyway, the bitterness is strong, and not bad.
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Barreras (408) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Pours a golden straw color with a floral aroma. You can really smell the hops in this beer. Taste was a little hoppy throughout with a bitter aftertaste. Overall, a clean tasting beer with a surprising bitter aftertaste that changed this beer from enjoyable to just okay.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 joeneugs (1599) - Livermore, California, USA - DEC 3, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. It pours golden with a white head. The aroma is mild berries with a hint of noble hop. The flavor is sweet white bread with a strong bitter noble hop finish. Mild cardboard in the background. Nice hop character, not so much with the malt.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 sickassmick (183) - Concord, California, USA - FEB 27, 2011
Went to blue frog in fairfield today. pretty nice place. ordered this. My wife ordered the sampler tray. I wasn’t disappointed, but wasn’t really impressed. Beer was kinda heavy feeling. I was thirsty. Didn’t really do the trick. Nothing really great about the food at this place either, except the fries. The fries were awesome. This beer is ok, but i didn’t want to take a bottle home with me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Gooney (297) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 1, 2010
22 oz bottle from John’s - This offering from Blue Frog surprised me. The other beers I’ve had from them didn’t taste very good to me, and golden isn’t my favorite style. This, however, has a nice floral hop aroma and a very strong malt base with a cereal tint. Yellow and cloudy with minimal head. More bitter hops aftertaste than I expected. Surprisingly good.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 5000 (4104) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2010
Bottle:   Straw in color, slight haze, moderate frothy white head, somewhat sticky lacing.   Nose is a little raw, somewhat grainy and straw like.   Does have a wetness, or a damp straw aspect.   Mild grassy
sweetness on the tongue, a little acidic, somewhat astringent.   Heavier and meatier than most Blonde Ales, but also not as clean.   Rough on the exit, a little cereal like.   Compared to most its not as bright, but heavier
and flatter.   Yeah, tiz needs to be toned down and cleaned up.   Its almost as if its trying to be too meaty/heavy and while they succeeded, it also made it not so much a Blonde Ale.   Just not what I was expecting.
Not bad, just not all that great either.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 gorditoabd (489) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 1, 2009
Pours a nice gold color with ample head. Aroma is lightly of floral and citrus hops with a faint spicey element. Taste is on a par with the aroma, with a nice carbonated bite and a well-balanced bitterness that is followed by a sweet finish. This a nice beer.
