On tap at the brewpub. It pours pale cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma is sweet wheat bread, bubble gum and mild clove. The flavor is sweet bubblegum and a little clove. Yeast character is not very strong. A little too sweet for a hefeweizen if you ask me.

Bottle: Pale yellow, fairly cloudy, large frothy white head, dies quickly, sparce lacing. Wheaty nose, very faint citrus aspect. Mild wheatiness on the tongue, slightly mealy, no real citrus. Fairly clean,
albeit not overly flavorful. Light for the style, but at least it doesn’t have really any off flavors. Body and mouthfeel are moderate, feels a little bubbley. A little plain, but not off. Light quencher for the
summer. Better than I was expecting.

Slightly hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Grain and fruit aroma with a soapy grainy taste. Blucky.

Draft at the brewpub. An unclear light golden beer with a lazing thin white head. The aroms has notes of lemon, wheat, and chlorine - is it the water? The flavor is sweet with odd wheaty notes combined with notes of yeast, banana, and cholirine, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

At Sudwerk Beerfest 2009. This hazy yellow beer poured with a thin white head and a wheat aroma. The flavor is a bit thin, with lots of banana ester. Refreshing but not particularly interesting.
