COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At long last a Pilsner has entered our seasonal line up. Brewed with special German malts, imported hops and a bottom fermenting yeast (hence the Bottom in the name), this pale straw color brew is bound to satisfy any thirst. Aromas of malty grain, crisp yeasty undertones, and a light floral spicy hop aroma tempt you to enjoy this small batch beer. OG 13.17 ° Plato FG 2.5° Plato IBU’s 36.1 % Alcohol by Volume 5.73

Pils aroma. Pils flavor with a hoppier finish than most. A little malt sweetness. Crisp hoppy finish. Light gold color. Pretty standard shit here.

Light noble hop aroma. Pale gold color with decent white head. Thin to medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Pale malt sweetness more than balanced by spicy, grassy hop. The finish is clean, crisp, and nicely, nobly bittered.
