On draught at the brewpub in downtown Marshfield, WI. Pours a dark cola brown brew with a lumpy beige head that has excellent retention with some spotty lacing. Aroma of roasted dark malt, flowery hops, with a hint of cold coffee in the background. Taste is medium body, flavors of toasted dark malt, some chocolate, toffee, a hint of spruce and coffee. Finish has a nice balance of ice coffee, chocolate malt and toasted dark malt aftertaste.
