2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden color with a light haze and a creamy white head. It’s rather mild for a Belgian style ale but is still dominated by the yeast and wheat in the flavor and aroma. There is a mild bitterness but it is overshadowed by the fruity notes and orange zest.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt, banana esters, a hint of peanut butter, some orange zest and floral hops. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of golden grain malt, Belgian yeast, a hint of orange zest and some floral hops. Finish has a nice balance of Belgian yeast, fruity esters and multi-grain malt, followed by a mild spicy bitterness. Nice profile for a Belgian ale.
