yeast heavy nose, muddy with must and limp hop resin. medium body, medium acid, medium bitterness. thin bodied but chewy / syrupy. bit of a mess, on tap and much worse in the bottle, which shows acidic and buttery infection creeping up.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden-amber. Herbal, citrusy aroma from local Cascades. Creamy body. Light hops - lime and orchard fruits...the fruits get a little overripe. But after a hike in the Rio Grande Gorge, tastes good.
