COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A beautiful garnet-colored, Belgian-style ale that is rich with malty and spicy features. fruity undertones pleasingly mix with the toasted flavors from the malt. This is a delicious ale to shake off the cold.

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear and bright copper brown colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that leaves behind a thin film top and large spotty lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt, candi sugar, a hint of cotton candy, caramel and some light apple. Taste is full bodied, flavors of light tropical fruit, candi sugar, and a touch of wintergreen. Finish is light, some oily profile with an aftertaste of candi sugar and light wintergreen. Alcohol is well-hidden.
