COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An enthusiastic tribute to the classic IPA? Being a fanatic of hop-forward beers, I developed this beer for all the fans of robust hop flavor and aroma. The seven additions of Zythos hops creates a steady, lasting bitterness and bursting citrus favors but is balanced by the American malts.

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a bright copper amber colored IPA with a thick and creamy off-white head that has excellent retention and thick lacing. Aroma of citrus zest, a hint of pine, grapefruit and a hint of caramel. Taste is medium bodied, lots of hops to even detect which ones were used. Citrus, grassy, floral, dry English-style, and then a few I am not familiar with. Finish has a noble sharp bitterness and a lingering semi-dry grapefruit aftertaste.
