COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Although this is not a recognized style, it did not stop us from creating this gem. This golden libation has just the right balance of maltiness, bitterness, and honey goodness. Not too strong or bitter, this beer is made for everyday enjoyment.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2012 On tap at restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids. Interesting deep golden color. Thick, rich head, excellent retention, strong lacing. Not much in the way if aroma. Some malty flavors, nice bitterness. Some citrus or grapefruit flavor. Pretty dry finish. Carbonation seemed a bt high. Overall, thought it was good tasting, better than average. A little bit if breadlines, some yeast flavor.

A cream ale that tastes more like a pale lager. Not what I expected. The aroma is lacking as well, resembling a lager. Sour finish.

On draught at the brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden blonde brew with a creamy white head that slowly dissolves to a fine film and good lacing. Aroma of bready light malt, citrus zest and a touch of wild honey. Taste is lightly carbonated, light to medium bodied with a velvet texture with flavors of light biscuit malt, citrus hops and a touch of honey. Finish is semi-sweet with a mild bitterness in the aftertaste. A little more honey than its previous owner but still enjoyable light beer.
