This is a hopped up version of the American favorite. The amber hue is complemented by the aroma and flavor of Cascade and Centennial hops. Not as biter and alcoholic as the I.P.A. style, but all the hops of one. Mouth feel is a bit resinous from the practice of dry-hopping, more than a pound of hops per barrel! So, enjoy this hop juicy brew!

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear copper amber colored brew with a creamy off-whtie that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of freshly pealed citrus zest, fruity as sin with a hint of tangerine. Taste is medium bodied, soft carbonation with a well-balance of crisp Centennial hops and caramel malt. Finish has a lingering mild bitterness with some caramel and fruit aftertaste. For an amber ale, this profile is well into the American Pale Ale category.
