COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
M.A.S.H. Tap #2 A sweet, full bodied, and oh sooo smooooth blend of coffee, chocolate, and roasted malt. Sometimes referred to as a sweet or milk stout due to use of lactose (milk sugar).

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark cola brown colored brew with a creamy beige head that really sticks around with no need of nitrogen draught. Aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee, lots of lactose, a hint of cotton candy and floral hops. Taste is full bodied, some sweet spiced raisin, lactose and a hint of whole milk. Finish has a mild bitterness with aftertaste of Milk Duds, lactose and toasted dark malt. Allow this to warm up to subdue the bitter spice flavors.
