On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear copper colored brew with a thick off-white head that has some great retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, banana esters, cotton candy, banana, golden grain malt and lots of candi sugar. Taste is medium bodied, spicy sweet with flavors of banana, cloves, cinnamon, raisin, orange zest, and candi sugar. Finish continues the mincemeat pie spice, a touch metallic with a mild bitterness that slowly disappears.
