COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Odyssey Weizenbock (pronounced Vite-zen-bock) - 7 malts, German noble hops, and a unique Bavarian strain of yeast meld into a wonderfully complex, rich, creamy wheat beer brewed to bock strength. Every time you lift your glass you’ll find something different - banana, vanilla, clove, caramel, cherry, raisin, baked bread, molasses...even bubble gum and a hint of smoke! What flavors will you discover on your Odyssey?

On draught at the brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy caramel amber colored brew with a thick white head that leaves behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel, a hint of cherry, banana and some bubblegum. Taste is medium to full bodied, flavors of candi sugar, banana, a hint of vanilla and some caramel. Finish is semi-sweet with a slow disappearing vanilla, banana and candi sugar aftertaste. Lots of personality in this weizenbock.
