COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brown ale with a nut character more nut than a chipmunk saving for the winter. over the months an array of flavors from nutty at first to roasted at the end. This brown ale is full bodied, unfiltered and should be enjoyed as winter approaches. The ale has a slight bitterness to it to mellow out the sweetness. It’s a very drinkable ale.

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark copper brown colored ale with a creamy off-white head that dissipates to a thin ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of toasted dark malt, a hint of roasted nuts, and some floral hops. Taste is medium bodied, some fruity essence, with flavors of roasted nuts, some dark pitted fruits and floral hops. Finish is semi-sweet, a touch sweeter than their regular nut brown ale, with some medium floral hop aftertaste without the bitterness.
