On draught at the brewpub in downtown Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark cola brown brew with a light beige head that has some nice retention and excellent lacing. Aroma has some stout-like character of toasted dark malt, some chocolate, a hint of coffee and bread crust. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of dark chocolate, toated dark barley malt and some flowery hops. Finish is semi-dry with some toasted dark malt and chocolate aftertaste.
