COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The aroma of sweet drive candied fruits, honey, and touches of caramel invite you to sip this sneaky Belgian specialty slowly. Only served in our 12-oz tulip glasses for proper presentation as well as your safety. Careful... it’s loaded with nine percent ABV.

On draught at the Blue Heron brewpub in Marshfield, WI. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thin ring and very little film top. Aroma of fruity apples, raisin, a touch of honey and golden grain malt. Taste is full bodied, a tad thick, with flavors of candi sugar, a hint of Belgian yeast, banana and raisin. Finish is strong alcohol profile, a little dry with some apple, raisin and candi sugar aftertaste. Lots of character in this excellent Quad.
