Red and White Wheat make up for 50% of the malt bill in this beer giving it’s mealy mouthfeel and flavor. Citrus notes come to the palate almost immediately, giving a slight tartness feeling to the tongue. Drank by itself or accented with an orange, this beer is perfect for summer.

Hazy browned-yellow with a small ring of a white head. Such a light nose: very subtle hint of banana and orange zest is about it. Spicy flavor (muddled mix of white pepper and cloves) with heavy wheat and slightly soured wet prairie grasses. Finish is lightly bitter and mildly sour. A swing and a miss.
