An American IPA, four pounds of five
varieties of American hops per barrel delivers all those wonderful citrusy,
piney, floral hop aromas and flavors with a solid bitter punch. Hopheads -
time to party like a Rockstar!

On draught during GTMW 2010 Festival in Madison, Wisconsin in both regular and randalled versions. Rockstar IPA pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a thick off-white head that has some nice retention an lacing. Aroma of mostly grapefruit and grassy hops, with a hint of caramel malt. Taste is medium bodied, flavors of multi-hops (citrus and grassy) with just barely a caramel malt background. Finish has a lingering bitterness with plenty of pine and citrus aftertaste.
Randalled version is nearly identical to the Rockstar IPA but has a dry tea aftertaste that is a nice touch to a solid IPA. Very enjoyable.
