On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange brown with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light fruits, apple skins, hop resins, bready malt. Flavor of fruits, floral hops, bready malt, bitterness in the finish. Much lighter than I’d expect from an ASA, although the bartender described it as an ipa. It’s malty backbone is similar to that of a pale ale, to me. Very tasty beer overall! 7/4/8/4/14 (3.7/5)
