Our I.P.A. has a fiery amber color and weighs in at 6.6% ABV. We use a blend of American hops to give it a citrus, almost tangerine aroma from the top of the glass. As you drink the beer you can taste the sweet creamy caramel malt roll over your tongue. At the end once again taste the big hop flavor that is a trademark of all I.P.A.ís, but yet, so smooth that it wonít make you pucker at the bitterness.

A standard IPA with citrus and pine aromas that fade pretty quickly. Nice golden color with a thin white head. Taste dry, with sweet malt flavors and bitter hop taste. A drinkable IPA but nothing special.

Single can from W&M Mansfield. Pours out a murky light amber with a frothy off-white head. Very strange aroma. Somewhat sweet, lemony and foul. Flavor is not much better. Dank and funky, in a bad way. Itís been a long time since Iíve had a drain pour. Very sad in this day and age that a brewery would attempt something like this.

Pour is clear copper color with a tight white head. Nose is rubber, notes of plastic, some caramel malt, and a light resin hop. Taste is metallic, burnt rubber, caramel, candied orange sugar. Creamy body, moderate carb, a bit syrupy, dry finish.

Bottle. Lemony caramel aroma with some spicy toffee and faint butterscotch. Almost clear copper under a lasting, thin white sheet. Spicy and melony malt and hops combination that itís more like an English IPA. Some late citrus and pine accents and a moderate to medium bitterness. Medium body, lingering bitter caramel finish, moderate carbonation.

Tangerine aroma greets you first. Hazy mild amber color with off white head. Tangy citrus bitterness with a mild sweetness. Refreshing and not overwhelmingly bitter. Well done and quite a treat.

A decent IPA. Dark amber, nose of citrus and maybe dried apple. Good body, relatively thick. Great lacing is a highpoint, appetizing to look at. Taste is good although somewhat straightforward and not totally integrated. Still, totally drinkable.
