UPDATED: AUG 5, 2011 22 ounce thanks to Alldaydrinker. Big caramel and sweet red. Malty and sugary. Sugar seems to override the beer in general. Hard to get over that sweetness. Bit of a drain pour.

picked up this bomber because of a good price. Enjoyed in a half pint glass. Light amber color with lots of effervescence and a little bit of sediment. The aroma was brown sugar and sweet malt but also a dried flowers thing from the hops. Taste is sweet malt with a little tartness right at the end. Very little finish on this beer. light to medium body with just enough carbonation bight to keep it appealing to most. Good for the price.

Nice amber brew with good head and carbonation - lots of junk floating around though. Aroma is ok. Flavor is nice and malty with a medium mouthfeel. Some tartness from the yeast. Overall, not bad.

Pours deep amber into a shaker with off-white head that recedes to skim surface. Dark caramel and phenolic banana aromas. Dark hot caramel from front to back. Tastes a lot more than 5%...

Bomber. Pours a clear but dark copper color with a small foamy head that lasts and leaves sparce lacing. Nose is sweet brown sugar caramel malt notes with a light resiny hop note. Palate is full with a good stickiness and a light fizz in the swallow. Flavor is resiny hops but they are overshadowed by big sugary malt notes that are nutty and caramelly.

Poured from the tap into a tasting glass. The color is a dark red with a finger and a half of foamy white head, little lacing. The smell is a nice roasty malt flavor and a slight spicey, peppery hop flavor. The taste is a bit toasty bread with a fruity hop flavor. Some caramel flavor in the background. The feel of this beer is light with and easy drinability. It goes down pretty easy as well and was smooth. IT is lower in ABV so it does make for a decent session bee
